My ass was kicked slightly less than the last time I did this particular set of exercises, Sunday, when it triggered a 3-day migraine. :) My head does not currently hurt, because I took the precaution of turning the A/C down before I started - I think the migraine was due to overheating last time, combined with pressure drops as the storms swept through.
(It was definitely not due to dehydration on Sunday- I drank about five glasses of water during and after that particular workout. :D)
