i hate lunges
Also, the Swiss ball crunches last time seemed oddly easy and I thought I was therefore totally doing them wrong, and then two days later, DEEP PAIN IN ABS. Good pain, not bad pain, but still OW. So I'm clasping a bit more weight to my chest this time and increasing reps by just a little, not by too much, so hopefully I won't wake up unable to move. :)
