12:08 am - A few more things I have learned from watching the dire Bount arc of Bleach...

In the middle of a fight, when the stronger fighter screams at you to run away so you don't get hurt, it'll be better all around if you just stand there and gape for a while. They didn't really mean it. Especially if they told you to grab the helpless civilian bystander and get them out of there.

No matter how many times I see it, a giant waterfall of deadly cherry blossoms will never not be funny.

Your siege engines should always be more well-designed than your plots. Even when you have it built so that the friction of the rope around the wooden spindle will probably cause it to catch fire the way you're using it.

Strategy is for wusses.

It occurs to me, in these particular episodes of Bleach, that the lousy design tailoring on Ishida's current outfit has got to be driving him nuts, because there's no time to fix it.
