Started Stage 3 of the New Rules of Lifting for Women. Rather slowly, as I took an unexpected amount of time off due to a cold and several days of migraine, and I didn't finish the full workout either, as I started to feel a hint of pressure in the back of my head that often means I'm overexerting myself and may swing into migraine, so I decided it was good enough and quit. Woo!
And now my legs feel rubbery - they'd have felt EVEN MORE rubbery had I managed to finish - if any of you have the NROLFW, the bit I skipped was the body-weight matrix. XD
